JOSH SCHOENLY
Josh is a real estate investor, entreprenuer and teacher. He is happily married and just recently became a father. He has called Central PA his home for almost three years and have been investing in the city of Harrisburg for the majority of this time. Josh loves spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs. On the weekends you will find him at Penn State football games, walking his dogs, or just reading a good book.
WENDELL HOOVER
Wendell is a real estate developer and entrepreneur. He is currently also a Realtor with Remax Realty Associates, Inc., 717-761-6300. He has lived in Central PA his entire life and has been a resident of Midtown Harrisburg for the past years. He was recently married in January 2008. He has more than ten years of real estate investment experience, expanding into home renovations within the last four years. Since 2002, Wendell has also owned and operated Your Web Your Way, a website development company for small business owners. Wendell has a strong financial background; his eight year financial planning experience includes three years as a licensed Certified Financial Planner.
JASON WEBB
Jason is a real estate developer and entrepreneur. Jason began redeveloping homes in Midtown Harrisburg in 2004 with his wife, Mandy. Since 2005, Jason has been actively involved in nearly two dozen redevelopment projects. Jason's other entrepreneurial endeavors include Soccer Shots, LLC and Buck Wild Kettle Korn. In 2003, Jason founded Soccer Shots in Harrisburg after retiring from a five year professional soccer career that included a stint with the Major Indoor Soccer League's Harrisburg Heat. Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 3-5 and is now franchised and found in eight other cities throughout the U.S., besides Harrisburg. Buck Wild Kettle Korn is a family business that produces some of the best-tasting, sweet and salty kettle corn found anywhere. Buck Wild Kettle Korn is available for your eating enjoyment at ArtsFest, Kipona, and other outdoor events in and around Central PA. Jason currently lives in Central PA with his wife, Mandy, and daughter, Ella.
